Five years together, in their own words

Vinit Parulekar

Director & Co-Founder

We built Unlock Realtors around one rule — a family should never sign a paper they do not fully understand. Every project we list in Virar, Nalasopara, Vasai and Borivali is checked end to end before a client ever sees it.

Buying a home is emotional, not just financial. I sit with families through every doubt — budget, loan, Vastu, possession dates — until the decision feels calm and clear.

Company Manager

Operations & Inventory

I keep our inventory honest — live pricing, real availability and verified approvals. If a project does not clear our checks, it does not stay on our list.

Prashant Teli

Senior Sales Executive

Senior Sales Desk

My job is to get you the right home at the right price. I know every tower, floor and view in our projects, and I negotiate as if I were buying it myself.

Sales Executive

Client Advisory

Site visits are where families finally relax. I plan them around your day, show honest comparisons and never push a deal that does not fit your budget.

Shreya Chavan

Pre Sales Executive

Pre-Sales & Enquiries

I am usually the first voice you hear from us. I listen first, understand what you actually need, and only then connect you to the right advisor.

Receptionist

Client Experience

Every family that walks into our office is welcomed like a guest at home. Coordinating visits, documents and follow-ups is how I keep that promise.
